In Senegal I came across family of Nomads. Their homes were built around large three, where I found whole family hiding from sun.
This is one of the 9 kids from this family, there used to be 13 of them, but four of them died. Now their father never calls them "children" when he talks about them he uses phrase "wood sticks". As in his opinion calling his infants "children" or "kids" is bad sign, which may lead to their death. Nevertheless this child is happy, went to school for a year or so, plays with toys made from metal wire and smiles to the world.
